Safeguarding
At St Paul’s CE our ethos is one where we welcome everyone into a caring, SAFE, nurturing environment.
Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is EVERYONES responsibility.
At St Paul’s CE we have effective procedures in place for keeping our children and staff safe and have a culture of vigilance where children’s welfare is promoted.
Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is defined … as: -
- protecting children from maltreatment;
- preventing impairment of children’s mental health or development;
- ensuring that children grow up in circumstances consistent with the
provision of safe and effective care; and
- taking action to enable all children to have the best outcomes.
Our team of dedicated DSLs (designated safeguarding leads) are available on 0161 359 5316 if you need any support or have any questions relating to the well being of our children at St Paul’s CE.
