Did you know it’s Healthy Eating Week 28th September to 4th October. This is organised by the British Nutrition Foundation (BNF).
At St Paul’s we will be promoting and discussing healthy habits in our weekly ‘One Voice’ discussions.
The aim of this week is to bring everyone together to focus on promoting healthy habits.
Have a look at what your family could join in with below…
The health challenges are:
Monday – eat more whole grains. What cereal do you eat? (Weetabix / bran / brown bread)
Tuesday – vary your veg. What is your favourite vegetable?
Wednesday – drink plenty. What is a healthy/unhealthy drink?
Thursday – move more. Think about what you do at playtime
Friday – be ‘mind’ kind. Be active / sleep well/ learn new skills - produce a Healthy Eating Week poster.
Saturday- get active together. What could you do with your family to be active?
Sunday Eat together – share meal/ make your mum/dad some breakfast.
