It is feeling WITH somebody else. Empathy is showing kindness and respect to others. Empathy is being a good listener. We can all practise empathy. Can you discuss the below scenarios in a group and think about how the people would feel and what you could do? Share your thoughts with the group and remember to be a good listener whilst others are talking, you might hear something inspirational! Positive Affirmation for today: Practicing morning affirmations can help you start your day on the right track. It puts you in a good headspace for tackling the rest of the day. This kind of positive self-talk becomes easier with practice and when you remember them they will pop into your head when you need it most. Can you remember last weeks? (I can be a hero) I am a kind person. Thank you and have a great week! 😊
